Please use sound judgment when bringing a minor child and consider the crowds and the lyrical content. All persons, regardless of age, MUST have a ticket to an event, with the exception of children’s events. For children’s events, children who have had their first birthday by the event date must have a ticket. Children under one-year-old do not require a ticket for these events.

Box Office Hours: Tulsa Theater Box Office is typically open Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. On days of events, the box office is open through showtime. If an event falls on a weekend, the box office is open from 12:00 pm through showtime.

Fees: All per-ticket fees still apply when purchasing tickets in person at the box office. The overall transaction fee ($3.60) and the delivery fee ($1.50 or $3.50) are waived when purchasing in person.

Door time: Doors open one hour prior to event start time unless otherwise noted on your ticket and/or our website.

Lost and Found: If realize you’ve lost an item while still in the building, please inquire with Security for assistance locating the item. If you discover you’ve lost an item after you’ve left the building, please call 918-582-7239. Tulsa Theater assumes no responsibility for lost items.

Security and Medics: Tulsa Theater takes you and your family and friends safety very seriously. There is always a full staff of t-shirted security guards along with paid, off-duty Tulsa Police officials on-site to ensure safety before, during, and after events. You may be asked to pass through metal detectors and/or be scanned with a security wand. If you feel threatened while attending an event, please find the nearest security member or venue staff member to report the event. If you are injured inside of the venue, locate the nearest staff member and request to see the medic on duty.

Tulsa Theater Bar: Beer, wine, liquor, soft drinks and water are available for purchase. Bars accept cash, debit and credit cards. There are two bars on the lower level and one balcony concession area that is open when the event is set for full theater. If an event is a ‘floor only’ concert, the balcony concession area will be closed.

Merchandise: If a tour is selling merchandise, it will be available for purchase in the lower lobby after door time.

ATM: We have an ATM on the west side of the lower lobby.

Cameras: The camera policy for events is set by the performer and may change from event to event. If no specific policy is listed on Tulsa Theater’s official website on the landing page of the show you plan to attend, refer to this default camera policy: Point-and-shoot cameras with NO flash, and NO video along with your mobile device camera are allowed. Professional cameras with detachable or telephoto lenses are always prohibited.

Sound System: While the sound system and acoustics inside of the venue are state of the art with nothing else like it in the state, the artists control the sound system at their events, including the volume and whether or not they are going to provide their own system or utilize our amazing equipment.
